Named in honor of Connecticut Public’s contribution to the Gateway Community College Foundation’s Hall of Fame event. . A merit/needs based scholarship for students in the CSCU Transfer: Communications Studies program that can be used for tuition, books, or supplies. Minimum GPA: 3.0
